About Taylor
I look at therapy from a holistic lens, understanding that the mind, body, and emotions are all connected. By combining insights from narrative therapy, body awareness, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, I aim to help create real, lasting change both inside and outside of the therapy space. I am especially passionate about working with those who want to explore mental health in new, less traditional ways. I work with individuals, couples, and families, adjusting therapy to meet the needs of each life or relationship stage.
I believe the stories we carry from the past shape how we see ourselves in the present
and the future. By reauthoring those stories from perspectives we consciously choose,
rather than ones imposed on us, we can transform how we move through both our inner and outer worlds. Together, we’ll identify practical, sustainable practices that help the growth you experience in therapy extend into everyday life. If you are seeking deeper connection with all parts of yourself, I look forward to supporting you on that journey.
When it comes to relationships, I view communication as the bridge to understanding. While two people may share the same words, they can still speak “different languages,” which can create distance and misunderstanding. My role is to help translate, guiding partners or family members to uncover the true meaning behind each other’s words and actions, and to co-create a path forward. My goal is to help you strengthen communication, foster compromise, and build lasting connections.
