About Hannah

We all move through seasons when life feels heavier than we know how to carry or when we might fear we’ve lost our way. If you’ve been struggling, Hannah is currently welcoming new clients into a supportive, collaborative space for growth and healing.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Hannah brings six years of experience and leadership to her practice. She integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with Somatic Experiencing (SE), helping clients develop cognitive coping skills while also deepening their insight through the wisdom of the body. Her approach is especially helpful for those looking for a greater capacity to understand and manage their anxiety as well as improve communication and connection in relationships. In addition to her clinical work, Hannah supervises emerging therapists and supports program development for Joybrain’s internship training program.

Hannah offers one-on-one Telehealth sessions with adults and teens, Monday through Thursday. She has a particular passion for supporting womxn who experience high-functioning anxiety—those who appear strong and capable to others, yet feel overwhelmed, irritable or unfulfilled beneath the surface. She also finds deep meaning in working with men who are ready to explore their inner world, better understand their emotional needs, and develop a more confident voice in their lives and relationships.
