About Hannah

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Hannah brings deep compassion, experience, and leadership to her practice. Through the integration of both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Somatic Experiencing (SE), Hannah’s goal is to help her clients engage both the mind and the body. In tailoring these approaches to each individual, Hannah helps her clients not only develop cognitive and behavioral coping skills but also uncover the wisdom of the body for a deeper and more intuitive sense of emotional safety.

A client may choose to work with Hannah when they are ready to understand and manage anxiety, improve emotion regulation, and address relationship dynamics that may be rooted in these issues. She has a particular passion for supporting women who experience high-functioning anxiety and may appear strong and capable to others, yet feel overwhelmed, irritable, or unfulfilled beneath the surface. Hannah also finds deep meaning in working with men who are ready to explore their inner world and emotional needs.

In addition to client-facing work, Hannah has proudly supported the development of Joybrain’s advanced SE training program, and she enjoys providing clinical supervision to emerging therapists.
