About Talia

Talia (they/them) is white, antiracist, queer, trans, disabled, neurodivergent, and a lifelong learner. They approach therapy through a radical social justice lens, understanding that things like anxiety, depression, and other so-called “disordered” behaviors often come from trauma and oppressive systems—not personal failures.

Talia believes healing is political—just like joy, community, and learning to trust ourselves. They create space where you feel respected and your autonomy is honored. Their approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and grounded in values including queer and neurodivergent-affirming care, disability justice, fat liberation, and abolition. They specialize in working with queer and/or neurodivergent adults, though they welcome people from all backgrounds. Talia believes everyone is worthy of love (that’s right, even you!) and is honored to support you on your own terms.

Therapeutic Approach

Talia is committed to making therapy accessible and welcoming, honoring your values, needs, and choices. In fancy therapy speak, their approach is rooted in liberatory and anti-oppressive frameworks, and emphasizes relational healing and radical authenticity. Talia is passionate about helping folks get unstuck so they can be more present in their lives and feel empowered to make choices that honor what they want and need. Talia enjoys creating a collaborative environment, incorporating body-based and interactive practices, including somatic and experiential therapies.
